The members of The Flourishing Circle team up to advance the mindfulness and character strengths practice, offering information, training programs, retreats, resources, solutions, and state-of-the-art practices and services targeting audiences and people aiming for flourishing.

Dana Walden, MBA, PCC
Dana Walden is the founder and Managing Director of Certo Coaching & Consulting LLC, where she offers consulting, assessment, and coaching services to individuals and organizations in the areas of leadership, emotional intelligence, and strengths development.
Born in the US and a graduate of Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas, where she earned a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA), Dana draws upon many years of international Human Resources experience in multinational organizations, including team leadership and responsibility for people capability programs.
Specialized in Learning and Development, Dana is a Certified Professional Coach (PCC), an accredited practitioner of the Insights Discovery® assessment tool, a Certified Practitioner of the Korn Ferry Hay Group’s Leadership Architect® and the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI), and an MBSP Practitioner (VIA Institute on Character).
Actively engaged in the field of professional coaching and development, Dana is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a facilitator of courses and workshops at institutions of ongoing learning such as Geneva School of Business Administration (HEG), Institut de Coaching (IDC) and Geneva School of Diplomacy and International Relations (GSD).
Living in Geneva, Switzerland, Dana’s working languages are English and French.
Lien Nguyen, Ph.D., ACC
Founder of Get’iha, Lien Nguyen offers training programs and coaching services to individuals and organizations in the areas of intrapersonal communication and flourishing.
Born in Hue, Vietnam, she graduated in Engineering at the National Polytechnic Institute in Grenoble, France, and earned a First-Class Honors Ph.D. in Automatic Control at Aix-Marseille University, France, in 2016.
Specialized in communication and flourishing, Lien is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF), and a Zen and MBSP Practitioner (VIA Institute on Character).
Living in Chambéry, France, Lien’s working languages are Vietnamese, English, and French.
Orlaith O’Sullivan, Ph.D.
Orlaith O’Sullivan is the founder of Orlaith O’Sullivan Mindfulness Training & Consultancy, where she works with companies, schools, families, and private clients to develop appropriate mindfulness practices and build communities.
Born in Dublin, Ireland, and a graduate of Trinity College, Dublin, where she earned a Ph.D. in English, she has more than 15 years of experience in strategic change management, education, marketing, events management, and corporate communications and has a clear understanding of the corporate environment and how mindfulness has an impact on everything – including the bottom line.
Orlaith is an ordained student of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, with whom she has studied for over 20 years. She has also completed the certification on The Science of Happiness, at the Greater Good Science Center, University of California, Berkeley, and the accreditation as MBSP Practitioner (VIA Institute on Character).
Specialized in mindfulness practice, Orlaith is the International Coordinator of Wake Up Schools, a Plum Village’s movement supporting mindfulness in education, a founder member of The Community of Contemplative Education (Mind & Life Europe’s group to cultivate human flourishing through education). Orlaith is Curator, Advisor and Country Host of the World Happiness Fest, the largest, most diverse forum on happiness and well-being in the world, and she serves on the steering group for the Education strand of The Mindfulness Initiative (UK).
Passionate about sharing the mindfulness practice appropriately and creatively, she teaches and mentors internationally and contributes widely to mindfulness groups and communities in Ireland, where she has founded three mindfulness community groups: Suaimhneas (for adults), Sonas (for children), and Fresh Morning (online pre-work).

Céline Jaquet, BArts, EIA
Céline is a coach, meditation trainer, and MBSP practitioner specialized in occupational health and well-being.
Born in New Jersey (U.S) and grew up in Lausanne (Switzerland), Celine moved to London, where she earned a BA Fine Arts Degree at Central Saint Martins. Artist in the soul and heart-driven by the desire to support people’s wellbeing and growth, Celine realized from a very young age that the most beautiful gift she could offer the world lied within her belief in human goodness, personal transformation, and expressions of strengths.
With 14 years of pioneering experience at Inner Space centre in Covent Garden, bringing meditation and relaxation techniques to workplaces, universities, and community groups in the UK, Celine is a Meditation trainer and a Mindfulness-Based Strengths Practice (MBSP) Practitioner and loves accompanying people to discover their pathways to wellbeing.
Serving as an Operations Manager in the field of Occupational Health, Mental Health, and Wellbeing at Imperial College London for 15 years, Celine applies the human factors to the strategic and operational management of activities to enable service development and operational excellence through a collaborative approach, with special attention to people’s self-leadership, flourishing and performance. In this capacity, forging links with interdisciplinary services, Celine led promotional communication of events and awareness campaigns to provide opportunities for staff and students to make positive choices to optimize their mental and physical health, touching more than 2,000 people each time and a target audience of 25,000 people. Celine also acts as a Mental Health First Aider and contributing to the growth of a trained network to identify common symptoms of mental health issues, offer first-line help, and guide a person towards support.
After being selected for a talent development program designed to recognize staff who both perform outstandingly well and have leadership potential, Celine gained continuous education certification in Leadership, Management, Coaching, and Mentoring. Celine is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and coaches clients to support a range of challenges in the workplace.
Celine is recognized for embodying a calm presence, friendly and empathetic awareness, openness to self and others, deep listening, and discernment in speaking the truth. Her generosity of spirit and vital contributions to the work of Occupational Health, Coaching, Meditation, and the Wellbeing of the community has resulted in several nominations at the Imperial College Garden Party, an annual recognition event.
After 22 years in London, Celine is enthusiastic about bringing the plurality of her personality and experiences back home, moving to Lausanne in May 2021. Her working languages are French and English.
Lutz Hempel, MBA
Founder of Groovin’ Organization, Lutz is a consultant, facilitator, coach, MBSP and Zen practitioner, specialized in natural agility and wholeness, resonant leadership, and mindful business.
With 20 years of experience in management consulting including the role of managing partner of Integrated Consulting Group Germany, Lutz is a companion of “les enfants terribles” school and community for good new work and the leader of the Basel regional group in the Network for Mindful Business (Netzwerk Achtsame Wirtschaft).
Lutz studied product design and international arts management, earning an executive MBA. Educated in systemic OD and in design thinking, Lutz is a member of leading global networks in arts and organization research and practice, and a competent musician and improviser (classical, jazz, cross-over). He lives between Germany, Switzerland, and France.
Jaume Gallifa, MBA, ACC
Born in Barcelona, with a background in Applied Economics and IT, Jaume has developed his career in corporate leadership positions in a variety of industries and organizations.
Recognized for his perspective and social intelligence character strengths, he draws upon confirmed achievements leading many large-scale international enterprise programs, business transformational change, and project rescue situations.
Jaume is a strategic and insightful expert in transformational change and flourishing, engaging with integrative awareness and strong presence, purpose, openness, curiosity, courage, perseverance, and right action. A practical and methodical practitioner of mindfulness, character strengths, and self-leadership, attaining excellence with critical thinking, creativity, flexibility, focus, appreciation, and congruence. A trustworthy and equanimous partner, teaming with leadership, humility, wholeness, honesty, and generosity. Keeps calm and inspires confidence, even in the most challenging situations.
Holding a degree in Economics from Universitat Autonoma of Barcelona (MBA), Jaume is a certified quality and project management professional, a master coach in leadership and communication (ACC), a Mindfulness-Based Strengths Practice (MBSP) practitioner, and an ordained student of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.
Owner and managing director of Gallifa & Partner LLC, Jaume is a founding member of The Flourishing Circle and the Mindfulness Center Lausanne. Jaume is also a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), and the Order of Interbeing (OI).
