After years of experience leading, teaching, and coaching project leaders and teams, in 2019 we introduced in Switzerland the first evidence-based positive psychology program combining mindfulness and character strengths for flourishing.
Only 10% of our learning comes from classroom and knowledge-centered study. The rest comes from practical experiences, practice, and developmental relationships. For this reason, our training programs are organized around active learning experiences, workshops, boot camps, retreats and communities of practice.
We complete our training programs with coaching, assessment, and other state-of-the-art professional practices tailored to meet our clients’ accompaniment needs.
