    Born in Barcelona, with a background in Applied Economics and IT, Jaume has developed his career in corporate leadership positions in a variety of industries and organizations, specializing in mindful transformational change and strengths flourishing.

    Well known for his perspective, social intelligence and leadership character strengths, he draws upon confirmed achievements leading many large-scale international enterprise solutions development and deployment programs, business transformational change and project rescue situations.

    Jaume is recognized for being an organized and methodical project management, change accompaniment and Zen coaching professional, attaining excellence with purpose, appreciation and authenticity. A strategic and insightful expert in mindful transformational change and strengths flourishing, engaging with curiosity, vision courage, perseverance, and right action. A trustworthy and equanimous partner, teaming with openness, leadership, social intelligence and generosity. Keeps calm and inspires confidence, even in the most challenging situations.

    Holding a degree in Economics from Barcelona Autonomous University (MBA), Jaume is a certified Quality Management Systems professional, a project management professional, a master coach in leadership and communication (ACC), a Mindfulness-Based Strengths Practice (MBSP) instructor, and an ordained student of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.

    Owner and managing director of Gallifa & Partner LLC, Jaume is a founding member of The Flourishing Circle and the Institute for Zen Coaching (IFZC). Jaume is also member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), the Change Management Institute (CMI), the International Coach Federation (ICF), and the Order of Interbeing (OI).
