The practice of presence

Presence is the foundation of our practice. When training, coaching or providing other services, presence is our underlying accompanying practice.

Mindful and heartful presence supports transformational change and flourishing, which in turn drives sustainable increase in performance and well-being.

We are present to ourselves, our stakeholders, and the overall context, skillfully adapting our practice to the flow of needs and circumstances. Since our practice is principle-centered and we believe in the potential of organizations, businesses, people, and teams, we practice our nature, not just a posture.

Practicing is the recipe for mastering a practice. Practicing is like gardening: one applies best practices and strategies, and waters wisely the required strength seeds, letting them manifest and flourish. Our Zen-like accompanying practice is both the means and the result, the journey and the destination.

In addition to our mindful and heartful presence, we bring ancient wisdom, knowledge, years of experience, processes, tools, and techniques, required competencies, recognized best practices, international standards, and professional certifications.

    MBSP brings together the latest science of mindfulness and character strengths into an active learning experience to help people flourish by getting in conscious contact with their inner strengths.
